Anita Chu, also known as pastrygirl, is the creator of Dessert First, an award-winning blog dedicated to all things sweet. She is the author of Field Guide to Cookies and Field Guide to Candy, and her third cookbook will be published Spring 2015 by Chronicle Books. Anita lives in San Francisco with her husband, daughter, and rescue cockapoo, and is usually found either making or eating dessert.
