Claire Gunn is a Cape Town based chef-turned-food photographer and stylist. Her current passion for food lies in seeking sustainability and relearning its origins. Her joy for photography comes mostly from kitchen theatre, the chefs’ life and the life cycle of a dish. On most days you can find her shooting in Cape Towns’ most exciting kitchens or at home, painting in her studio.
Through the process of seed rematriation, Indigenous communities restore relationships with their ancestral seeds.
