Fire The Menu: Live Show

Life & Thyme’s upcoming web series, Fire the Menu, is a window into the minds and kitchens of chefs as told between chefs. Each episode of Fire the Menu is your ticket to learn from real chefs, like learning pasta fatta a mano (handmade pasta), how to ferment and start your own larder, or cooking with zero technology, hosted by Casey Ikeuchi Felton, Life & Thyme’s Culinary Director and Chef of Banh Oui.

In partnership with ChowNow, we invite you to join us for a special live taping of Fire The Menu with guest chefs Wes Avila (Ka’teen, Angry Egret Dinette, MXO) and Ray Garcia (Broken Spanish, Asterid, BS Taqueria), two of the most prolific and iconic Los Angeles chefs championing contemporary Mexican cooking. Not only will you learn from some of the best chefs at ChowNow’s test kitchen, you’ll also have backstage access to seeing how we film an episode of Fire The Menu with Chef Casey Felton and L&T Founder, Antonio Diaz.
