Artisan farmstead cheeses, made in the Sequatchie valley of southeast Tennessee – our cheeses are made from cow’s milk, produced on site at Sequatchie Cove Farm. We are inspired by the traditional Alpine styles of Europe, and have created our own recipes with a touch of southern flair.
