Blair Smith, 25, grew up in New Jersey and graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2012 with a BFA in illustration and photography. After graduation she relocated to western Massachusetts where she got her first barista job at a small specialty bakery cafe. After managing the cafe for almost a year, she relocated to Redlands, CA where she has been working at Augie’s Coffee Roasters as their Redlands shop manager. In October 2014, she took 2nd place at the Southwest Regional Brewer's Cup. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, photography, painting, cooking and playing with her dog.
With a background in chemistry, Jeff Duggan is the owner and roaster of Portola Coffee Lab, an explorative wonderland for coffee aficionados in Costa Mesa.
