Being a self-funded female founder, Ellen Bennet has seen it all, and she has the battle scars to prove it. She founded Hedley & Bennett in 2012 after watching aprons fall apart on her and seeing an opportunity to do something better. Today, her aprons can be found in restaurants and homes across the country.

For Ellen, growth lies in stepping outside of your ecosystem and bringing other perspectives into your life. She sees opportunity in stepping outside of our comfort zones and exploring other worlds with an open mind and willingness to learn.
