The Migrant Kitchen Season 4 Trailer

January 12, 2022

On January 25, our Emmy-winning series, The Migrant Kitchen, returns for its fourth season with all new episodes.

The new season goes beyond Los Angeles to explore booming food scenes across the nation, introducing a new generation of chefs whose cuisine is inspired by the immigrant experience. Drawing on traditional cuisines and local resources to create a fusion of flavors and techniques, the new season ventures into the kitchens of those who have transformed the culinary landscape of America.

Join us as we explore the origins of Korean food in Brooklyn with Jenny Kwak and Sohui Kim, dive into Russian fare served up in the Pacific Northwest with Bonnie Morales of Kachka, document the fight for agricultural sovereignty in Puerto Rico with José Enrique, learn about food inspired by the Black experience in Houston with Jonny Rhodes and Chris Williams, and discuss Taiwanese identity in Los Angeles with Jon Yao.

Tune into the first episode on January 25 on KCET.
