Kitchen Verité: Documenting the back of house of restaurants
Acclaimed photographer Jim Sullivan embarked on a nine-year journey documenting professional kitchens in Kitchen Verité, a stunning black-and-white photography book all shot on film. Primarily using his Leica M6 and Tri X 400 film, Jim captured the raw energy, intimate moments, and bustling scenes that define the back of house of restaurants around the globe.
